Isla quotes Philippians 4:4, saying “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!” She believes that when we are always joyful and happy, we can spread positive energy and make our surroundings beautiful. Her bright and cheerful personality, like the morning sunshine and the chirping of birds, always made Korean class a happy and enjoyable experience.
Isla C. considers the memory of skiing during spring break as her happiest and most precious moment. She had a joyful and happy time celebrating her mother’s birthday. She loves her mother more than anyone else in the world.
