He consistently finds something positive in every moment, embracing life with a smile and finding joy in the present.
Even when he makes mistakes or struggles to memorize new things while learning a foreign language, he never gets discouraged or impatient.

With his bright mindset and ability to shine light on those around him, Sam is a true winner.

“How can we positively embody the ‘Ohana spirit’ in our lives?”

“How can we create a better school environment?” Love |

Sam talks about how, just like in John 4:11, when we cherish and love one another, we can experience God’s love. Sam always puts others before himself, loves life, and spreads joy and happiness to those around him, and we feel from his life what is true love.

The artwork on the right is Sam’s picture diary. The most memorable moment during his spring break was when he went to the airport with his family, and he says he was so excited and happy at that time.
